Nails Inc London

After feeling repulsed and not wanting to look at my chipped horrible Saruman from Lord of the Rings-esque nails in the library today I decided to give myself a wee manicure so I can type with pride tomorrow. My nails always seem to chip within about an hour of me putting nail varnish on and I genuinely don't know how it happens. Anyways, I digress...

After having a cheapo garish purpley - blue nail varnish on my nails that chipped within seconds I decided to go neutral with some more trustworthy Nails Inc nail varnish so any chippage wouldn't be so noticeable this time. I started with a base coat of the darker 'Basil Street' and then applied a couple of coats of the pinky 'Elizabeth Street' to get the opaque, shiny neutral effect.

I'm a big fan of Nails Inc. The varnishes dry quickly, they don't chip too easily, they don't dry your nails out and they've got a brilliant range of colours. The names for each nail varnish are also very British and quirky. Most varnishes are around £10 but they tend to have a few good deals on their website, usually 3 for £20 or something similar.

  13. The Nails Inc Caviar Top Coat is also great. It dries so fast and will make your nail polish last at least a week before you need to re-do your nails.
